HOW TO ENTER: One entry is allowed per person, for the duration of the contest, by filling out the online entry form at Mix1027.com, WLEC.com, or Coast1009.com. Multiple entries will be discarded
CONTEST PERIOD: 06:00am EDT October 3, 2016 through 05:00pm EDT October 13, 2016.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Overnight stay in the King Fireplace Suite from Sawmill Creek Resort (based on availability), Wine Tour for Two with transportation to Quarry Hill and Papermoon Wineries, Apperizer and Wine Tasting at each winery, Breakfast for two at Sawmill Creek Resort, Saturdays only from 1-4pm for the wine events. Cookie cake certificate from Mrs. Fields in the Sandusky Mall, gift basket from Tre Sorelle Cioccolato, and flowers from Flowerama in Sandusky. Estimated value of the prize package: $379.00. Should the winner lose his/her awarded prize(s), the event(s) not take place, or the winner be unable to attend no substitute prize will be awarded.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: All qualifying entries in the contest will be entered into one random prize drawing. One (1) potential winner(s) will be selected by Neil Carrier, Promotions Director at BAS Broadcasting, on October 13, 2016 at 5pm EDT, from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner(s) will be notified by phone and/or e-mail by BAS Broadcasting personnel. Winner must be able to show proper identification at time of claiming prize. Prize(s) may be claimed during business hours at BAS Broadcasting, 1640 Cleveland Road, Sandusky, OH 44870.
PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal residents within the WCPZ, WLEC, and WMJK listening area over the age of 13, at time of entry.
